The KA24 Turbo Exhaust Manifold is Back– “Refined to Shine, Reinforced to Perform!”

TOMEI USA has re-released the KA24 Turbo Exhaust Manifold, featuring significant enhancements in materials and manufacturing.
The original design has been preserved, but the manifold now utilizes high-quality stainless steel and advanced lost-wax casting techniques, resulting in improved durability, heat resistance, and ease of installation. This manifold is compatible with SR20 components, facilitating efficient turbocharging for KA24 engines and delivering a notable performance boost. Its design optimizes exhaust gas flow, reducing interference and enhancing turbo spool and response times.
After discontinuation in 2022 due to mold deterioration, the manifold has undergone three years of development to achieve these refinements.

Material / Manufacturing Method:

• Upgraded the material from cast iron to stainless steel heat-resistant cast steel. Adopted the lost-wax casting method, achieving superior precision and durability

• Basic Performance Maintenance - The design adheres to conventional principles, maintaining baseline performance characteristics.
• Enhanced Heat Resistance - Improved heat resistance from 700–800°C to over 1,000°C, significantly enhancing durability under high-temperature conditions.
• Improved Corrosion Resistance - Reduces rust formation, preserving an aesthetically pleasing appearance over an extended period.
• Optimized Intake Temperature - Lower engine bay temperatures contribute to improved intake temperatures, enhancing overall engine efficiency.

• This design allows KA24 owners to seamlessly experience turbocharged performance, as if a factory KA24DET variant existed.
